Why can't I see my server in the myFalcon Firewall Manager? Print

myFalcon Firewall Manager is only available on Virtual Private Servers and Dedicated Servers on our 1Gbps Unmetered network. Our 10GigE Unmetered Non-DDoS protected network is wide open, and does not have any direct firewall management through our web portal. If you require faster DDoS protected speeds, contact our sales team today to learn more about how we can help you succeed and defend against the most sophisticated DDoS attacks.

You will see the following message if you do not have any DDoS Protected IPs assigned to your account:

It is recommended to setup UFW (if on Ubuntu) and block access to port 22, allowing access to a pre-defined list of IPs. It is also recommended to enable SSH Certificate Based Authentication on all our servers. If you need assistance on setting either configuration up, please contact our Technical Support team by opening a ticket in our Client Area.
