We allow you to set specific Packet-Per-Second (PPS) rate limits on your protected IPs. If you require assistance in determining what is best for your setup, reach out to our Technical Support team via our Client Area for assistance.
Rate Limiters can be configured by clicking on Firewall in our Client Area and clicking on Manage Firewall next to the IP you wish to manage:
Rate Limiters can be set by clicking on the Rate Limiters Tab and clicking New Rate Limiter:
Create a name for your Rate Limiter and define the PPS (Packets Per Second) limitation:
Rate limits are set by defining them to a Rule in your Firewall Rules tab. When creating a new Firewall Rule, select Type: "Ratelimit". Give the system 15-20 seconds and select your created Rate Limiter. After 15-30 minutes, your rule will be applied with the proper Rate Limits you set:
